Added forum utilities to the site
The past week or so I've been putting together a forum section for the site. It looks like it is about 90% done. I'm already getting busy with other items, and rather then letting this sit (or I guess finishing it properly) I'll post it up, and let people use it and play with it. Hopefully it won't break or explode!
