| Shalom. I am not able to get into my messages as when I click on "Messages" nothing happens. Also when I click on other options on the home page ...the same nothing. What is the problem or what should I do. Also my profile did not exist when I went to check on it, so I started a new one. Help! | |

Your profiles look fine from here. If you continue to have issue please send an email to support. It will be easier than going through the message board, and you can get a direct response from the staff. Also "nothing happens" is a bad way describe a problem. Something happened.- you were shown a page. Perhaps the wrong page, perhaps a page you didn't understand why you were seeing it - but you were shown something. What was it? What did it say? What should have it said? Was it truly completely blank white page - or is that somewhat of an exaggeration. Did it, instead of bringing you to your messages bring you somewhere else? Where did it bring you? This information would be critical in figuring out what happened and helping you out. A doctor couldn't help you if you waltzed into his office and said, "I'm sick! Give me some medication!" Only after explain what is wrong would you be able to get any help. It is no different here. "It doesn't work!" "Nothing happens" "I can't get my message" are all meaningless until you actually explain what actually did happen and what the situation is instead. |
