SAN FRANCISCO PERSONAL TRAINER

About Me:
I'm an ACE certified Personal Trainer/Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant. For many years I have been devoted to fitness. I began with just wanting to get in better shape, and once a week in the gym became every other day became 5-6 days a week. Now, I am ACE Certified as a Personal Trainer, as well as a Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant. I can honestly say that it has changed my life. I feel younger and healthier than I ever have and I enjoy seeing what my body is capable of. My energy levels are better, my mood is better, and just when I think I can't run anymore or lift anymore I somehow manage to find that strength and "just do it" (no, I did not get a check from Nike to write that). Working out has not just physical, but mental rewards as well. I get excited when I see my clients looking and feeling better. I will make it happen for you, by designing fitness programs to meet your goals, help improve your diet, and motivate you, so that you will look better, feel more confident, and take pride in your success. I will help help you work on creating a lifestyle change, so that you achieve the results you are looking for, not just for a few months, but a lifetime. Couch potatoes, retirees, post-injury/rehab clients, overweight teens, Diabetes I & II sufferers, even former athletes who've traded their six packs in for kegs – I've worked with them all. Contact me now to set up a Free Consultation.

I'm Looking For:
I just moved to San Francisco and don't know anyone here besides my husband. I've always wanted to move somewhere and be a stranger, so I guess I got my wish, but I think I'm ready for some friends. Some girlfriends would be nice, as well as other personal trainers or health practitioners to exchange business and program design ideas, as well as referals.

Interests:
I always think of new things I want to try at least once. I want to pave a sidewalk, be a back up singer in a B-52's type band, fly an airplane, learn another language (maybe Italian), sail a boat, perfect my golf swing, have a Ben&Jerry's ice cream flavor be inspired by me, learn tennis, cook a gourmet meal, demolish a home's interior, visit the moon, enter a fitness competition, be a florist, act, say something that other people repeat for all time, be on a pop trivia game show, and about a million other things. I like, working out, trying new things, hotel rooms, meeting new people, making people laugh at me, perfecting skills that I have no reason for knowing, letting a balloon go into the sky, crossword puzzles, Would You Rather?, cooking, baking, snowboarding, Kauai, flowers, the beach, jet skiing, Christmas. And, I can fit in my mom's clothes dryer.
